Sam received a degree in Communications with a focus on radio and theatre from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR.  He cut his teeth at radio station KLC, acting as disc jockey, hosting a radio game show, and producing, directing and writing a radio drama there.  He also debuted in a lead performance in a main stage production as a Senior.

Sam has acted in dozens of stage plays and musicals over the years, including turns as iconic characters Daddy Warbucks (Annie), George Banks (Mary Poppins) and Prospero (The Tempest), among a host of others (see resume for details).

Not limited to stage performance, Sam has also acted in commercials, corporate training videos, and independent film projects over the years.
